One-on-one time with Dez where he understands your business needs and helps you walk through the problems; creating actionable goals. Strategizing where to spend your time and effort. Dez will meet with you for an hour in what is called a scope meeting; from there he will then do some research and come back to the table with a list of items and a timeline of what a plan would look like for his service.
As a graduate of the Nipissing University Business program, he has joined the Integrated Health Centre as the VP Operations. During his spare time he also volunteer on the Phoenix Centre board as the President.
Dez decided to start this venture as a side gig to help him stay shape in the business world while also providing help to small business owners who struggle in the ares of: Strategic Planning, Human Resources, Marketing and Technology Management.
Always on the run, he is either at the business working or he is reading something to educate himself about all aspects of life. Dez truly takes learning to a whole new level.
